How soon can I receive the report after payment?
You will receive the confirmation email within 2 business days together with the report in PDF format. The password to open the PDF document will be sent to you in a separate email.
Can we contact any of your staff for more details?

How often is the report updated?
We update the report annually.
How do I pay using an invoice?
Please provide us with the necessary details such as your company's name and address through our enquiry form. Thereafter we will email the invoice with the remittance detail. Please note that our recipient bank is in Japan. Upon confirmation of your payment, we will email the PDF report to you.
If the report I just purchased is updated, can I get the latest version for free or do I have to make another purchase?
We will send the latest version to you for free if it has been updated within 4 months of your purchase date. If you have recently purchased a report and did not receive a notification on an updated publication, please contact us via the Contact Us page or email us at email@example.com.
Do you offer additional services such as presentations and customized analyses?
